Nathalie Duchesnay

Nathalie Duchesnay is a seasoned strategic advisor with both academic and corporate leadership experience. She has been a course lecturer at McGill University since 2001 and currently teaches in the MBA program at the Desautels Faculty of Management. Nathalie is well versed in designing and executing transformational strategies in the context of digital disruption, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational restructuring. She was a senior manager at Deloitte Monitor and has held executive positions in strategy and innovation at CN and SAQ where she led programs to redesign the customer experience while adopting an Agile approach. Nathalie has an MBA degree from McGill.

Dror Etzion

Dror Etzion is an associate professor of strategy and organization at the Desautels Faculty of Management and joined McGill in 2008 after completing his Ph.D. studies at IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain. He is a widely published researcher and thought leader in the area of managing for sustainability to yield impactful outcomes, recruit diverse stakeholders, and foster creativity. Previously, Dror worked for 5 years in the Israeli software industry, and also spent a year at The Natural Step, an international non-profit research and consultancy organization focused on sustainable development.

Sujata Madan

Sujata Madan is a professor at McGill University, teaching in the areas of corporate finance, portfolio management, microeconomics and international business. With a degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, she worked with the Boston Consulting Group and Citibank prior to joining McGill in 1994. Sujata was awarded the Principal's Prize for Excellence in Teaching for the 2010-2011 academic year.

Don Melville

Don Melville is an expert in strategy and competitive advantage. In his prior roles as Director at Secor and Senior Consultant at CapGemini, he led a number of activities aimed at achieving strategic excellence for multinational corporations. He is currently a faculty member in the areas of finance, strategy and organization at McGill’s Desautels Faculty of Management. He also teaches on a variety of senior executive education programs. Don holds an MBA degree from McGill University.

Mario Bottone

Mario has over 20 years of experience in technology companies. Some of the most notables were Monster.com, Workopolis, 2020 Technologies and Logibec Healthcare. He is currently the CRO of Thinking Capital, a fintech solutions provider targeting SMBs in North America. Mario has held senior executive roles in the areas of operations, marketing, product management and sales on an international level. He has been a CEO-COO, led business units, M&A, managed sell-side processes and organizational design projects. Mario also has extensive board management experience with private equity shareholders. Mario holds an MBA degree from McGill University.

Jared Lee

Jared Lee is a senior consultant who provides training to executives of various organizations as well as professional and graduate students. He has led workshops, seminars, and guest lectures at McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management, Max Bell School of Public Policy, Queen's University's Smith School of Business, and Concordia University's John Molson Executive Centre. Topics have included strategic thinking, problem-solving, design thinking, innovation, structured communication, business presentations, data analysis, data visualization, and change leadership.
