Sheri Phillips

Sheri Philips is a certified senior learning leader, consultant, and faculty member of the McGill Executive Institute, focused on transforming corporate strategy and organizational business needs into measurable results. She is also a Certified Change Management Professional with over 15 years of change management experience, from assessing change and implementing change activities to successful culture transformations and system implementations. In addition to her academic work, she brings a wealth of industry practitioner experience with positions such as Senior Director - Industrial Performance at Sanofi-Pasteur and Continuous Improvement Deployment Lead at Teva Canada.
