Executive Business Administration Program

A Global Partnership for Transformative Leadership

Overview

Unlock your leadership potential. Blending strategy, leadership, and functional business skills, the Executive Business Administration program equips participants with the tools to collaborate in a cross-functional environment, think critically in overseeing high-stakes projects, assess inner strengths to handle complexity, and lead confidently to make change happen.

The program is delivered in a highly interactive, hands-on learning style by senior faculty members from McGill and Zayed Universities, supported by guest VIP talks and site visits. The learning approach will focus on applying, analyzing, hands-on creating (projects, role play presenting, and exercises), cases, peer learning, site visits, and teambuilding.

Designed to meet busy schedules, it is conveniently offered over a six-month duration with two in-person modules (five-days each in Dubai and Montreal), accompanied by six microlearning sessions online.

The registration fee includes facilitation by our highly rated faculty members, course materials, results-oriented exercises, meal service (continental breakfast, lunch, and breaks) for the in-person modules in Dubai and Montreal, networking events, site visits, and a certificate of completion issued from McGill University and Zayed University.* To successfully complete the course and receive your certificate of completion, you will need to attend all sessions and complete the pre-work for each session.
