Unlock your leadership potential. Blending strategy, leadership, and functional business skills, the Executive Business Administration program equips participants with the tools to collaborate in a cross-functional environment, think critically in overseeing high-stakes projects, assess inner strengths to handle complexity, and lead confidently to make change happen.
The program is delivered in a highly interactive, hands-on learning style by senior faculty members from McGill and Zayed Universities, supported by guest VIP talks and site visits. The learning approach will focus on applying, analyzing, hands-on creating (projects, role play presenting, and exercises), cases, peer learning, site visits, and teambuilding.
Designed to meet busy schedules, it is conveniently offered over a six-month duration with two in-person modules (five-days each in Dubai and Montreal), accompanied by six microlearning sessions online.
This intensive 6-month leadership development program is designed for mid- to upper-level managers with progressive leadership experience who are ready to expand their impact across their organizations but haven’t had time for a full EMBA program. This includes participants from the public sector as well as for-profit changemakers leading growth in their organizations. It is a fantastic opportunity for those nominated for advancement to senior leadership roles to hone their skills and tackle problems they face in their day-to-day role with the counsel of expert professionals and peers and for executives who have had exposure to one functional area and continue to progress into general and top management responsibilities.
The registration fee includes facilitation by our highly rated faculty members, course materials, results-oriented exercises, meal service (continental breakfast, lunch, and breaks) for the in-person modules in Dubai and Montreal, networking events, site visits, and a certificate of completion issued from McGill University and Zayed University.* To successfully complete the course and receive your certificate of completion, you will need to attend all sessions and complete the pre-work for each session.
*Travel expenses, overnight accommodations, and evening meals outside of class are not included.
